Do you feel like you're getting stuck in a rut? Do you feel afraid, anxious,
sad or stressed? As a psychologist, I can offer you support and listen to you without
judgement. The therapy will be centred around your wishes, and by providing therapeutic
treatment, I will offer you the help needed so you can get back on your feet. My aim is

|No waiting list (also evening hours)
As a psychologist based in London (UK), Nijmegen (NL), Arnhem (NL) and Ede-Wageningen (NL), I am happy to be of help. You can find more information about how I work at the approach
page. I offer treatment for the following problems:
- Panic attacks
- Specific fears and phobia, like fear of failure
- Fear of rejection/ social phobia
- Career-related problems and job coaching
- Low self-esteem
- Questions about life, including gender- and LHBTQI-related questions
- I don't really know what's going on, but I feel bad
As a psychologist, I am trained in various forms of therapy, including client-centred, cognitive behavioural, and solution-focused therapy. Cognitive behavioural therapy, which is based on the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, is traditionally seen as a form of therapy that focusses on the problem someone requires therapy for. Client-focused therapy however, focusses on the character of the client. Lastly, solution-focused therapy is practical in nature; what needs to be done now in order to make sure the client feels better and the situation improves?
To ensure I provide the best therapy I can offer, I often follow trainings, lectures and workshops to update and improve my skills and knowledge. I also am a member of the NIP
(the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen) and the British BPS (British Psychological Society).
